IT POLICY - HELP

i recently bought a Blackberry Curve 8330 from ebay. ive been wanting to use slacker and other apps but i cant because of an IT policy. i know it can be removed some how. can anyone please help? im pretty sure someone has posted this before. sorry. but i need this removed.

Using Jl_Cmder program, u can it on net free, and just restore to factory setting. works fine.
