Lemmings cursor problem

Hi there,

Hope someone can help.

Just joined the site and having some problems with the lemmings game. I have installed it fine - but the cursor/trackball is cripplingly slow, essentially making the game unplayable. I can't find a way of changing this in the options, does anyone know what I can do?
