how do i increase my reading access????

For example:
  My  username is bb818, my fromuid is 2, when click menu item of PROMOTE, in the promote page, will find web links, http://www.bbsgame.mobi/index.php?fromuid=2
I will duplicate this web link, told the friend or issues other websites, when some people or registered into the bbsgame.mobi member through this  web  link visit, my promote will enhance;
