Options--->Advanced Options--->Media Card-

Then click the Menu button, scroll to format card and click ok.

you use your computer to format the card, then try and add information to the card, you will see that it does not appear when you go to click on the media card memory at all.

The Blackberry Folder and Video--->Music--->Ringtones--->Pictures subfolders will then reappear.
