Problem with the storm.. PLZ HELP

Hi Plz help me..
I can't connect my BB STORM with any computer any more. I think it's Due to some Java Virtual Machine (JVM) error.
the BB show a Connected state in the BB Desktop Manager, but when i try any feature like Application Loader it keep showing this message (A Connection to the device could not be established).

I WILL SUGGEST TO 1:UPGRADE YOUR DESKTOP MANAGER AND MAYBE OS AS WELL.

Did u try a Quickpull yet? It's the simple ways to fix the whole errors with BB.

Try...upgrade yr OS or restore it!! <<< make sure that yr problems are on OS, not a BB
