Figure I post for this for those having issues installing jad/cod files..

An alternative to JL_Cmdr called BBSAK (BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife). This tool developed by the team at RIMGeeks lets you perform some of the functions that are in JL_Cmdr. The main difference is that BBSAK has a prettier interface. The pretty interface is courtesy of .NET 2.0 so you need to have that framework installed.

From the BBSAK interface you can:

Wipe Blackberry leaving a 507 error
Reset Blackberry to factory state removing any IT Policy
Take Screenshots of your Blackberry.
Install COD Files
Backup/Restore 3rd party Apps

Thank you very much! This is all available via JL_Cmdr or even DM, but I'm lazy and hate manually backing up my OTA's.
