Pearl Trackball not moving

Folks,

has anyone had a fault with their pearl where the trackball only goes down but not up?

If so, is theri a fix.

honestly, have you tried just licking your finger and moving it around with it? When my trackball was acting up that is all it took to clean it up a bit.

try to open the ring with spatula or simcard.
than tookoff the pearl and blow it hard (remmember to not include your saliva) and put it together again.
that shall fix your problem.

try removing the battery for a few minutes. I have had this problem before and a battery pull worked for me. if it doesnt, you probably need a replacement device.

lock the phone, put it face down on a piece of paper and make round movements fast. That has often removed many of my problems. :)
