Blackberry 7520 - Error 507.

"A fatal error has occurred while updating your device's software. Please try again.

Unable to communicate with the radio hardware. Please ensure that a charged battery is installed in the device and try the loading operation again. [P:0x0000000F]

Someone please help before I get rid of this thing."

I used JL_Cmder, blacked out and tried to reinstall OS by DM. Used several OS, without success. Any idea to help his friend?

2 Possible solutions

1. If you recently installed a new theme. Uninstall all of them and revert to stock.
2. Try JavaLoader Commander

All have been tested on other equipment and got success. It is the first time I caught a unit with this defect.

OS Used:

7520 - PBr4.0.2_rel54_PL1.4.0.48_A4.0.2.37_Telus - Dengel Share

7520M_PBr4.1.0_rel241_PL1.5.0.38_A4.1.0.273_Nextel

The current versions were not tested due to SIM CARD ERROR!

Ex: 7520EFS_PBr4.1.0_rel534_PL1.6.0.12_A4.1.0.380_Nextel

Ahhhhhh... yeah... mess around with the loader see if it does anything. I have not used it yet but people have been able to recover bricked BB's with it
