I had not heard that has any reward, but downloads the free resources is the biggest reward, but must become the VIP member to download the jurisdiction to be able to be bigger.

I guess thanks. Did not mean to stress you out. I have read that page before. Just don't know why there is a count down in hours till upgrade if that really isn't the case.
