Curve 8900 can't open excel attachment

Dear All,

I have trouble with my BB Curve 8900 Javelin. The trouble is i can not open excel attachment file i received from email. My friend who also has Javelin experienced the same problem.

I have Doc to Go. The profesional version in which it can create new documents.
But the excel attachment still unable to open.

Does the excel app work without opening a exce doc. Try to launch just the app or try a different document. It might be the version of document it is, 2007 vs 2003.
