How to install theme's on BB Bold

Hi there,

I have a problem installing the theme's i d/l from this site (the files are .ALX .COD .JAR).

How can I install these theme's on to my BB. I now put them on the memorycard, but when I click them. My BB doesn't recognize them.

How can I install them??
