The version that came with your device will only un install you will not be able to delete it as its bundled software. Un install then reset device and install this version and pdf to go then launch docs to go and register it. Look in the downloads folder for the app. By the way if you are using OS 4.7 you will need the Storm/9630 version and for OS 5 I think only v 1.8 and higher will work. V1.8 was bundled version for Storm only I think. Or check data viz site to see if you can find v 1.007 or lower and download the ota version and use the serial. This serial will not work for v 2.0
