Use the desktop manger and then use the application loader then it will show you a list of all of installed software, there will be a check mark next to all installed software on your device, uncheck the pre installed docs to go and then on the bottom right you will see a button called next or something along those lines, click that button and it will uninstall the pre installed version from your device, Keep in mind that even though the pre installed version is un installed that it will still show up in the application loader, just do not place a check mark next to it when using the app loader as it will install the pre installed version again. Thats it then download the text file with the ota links for v2 and install v 2
