i have upgrade document to go older version that i have installed with this version, but why the old version still in my application info (when i go to option->advanced options->application)? and i can't open pdf file with this pdf to go..please help me...thanks

That's because it probably did not overwrite the old version it kept it on your device. Un install both or them now install this new version again. You should not have any problems now. I recommend that you always un install any previous version before adding a new one.

Dude I have already confirmed this if I didn't I would not put in the post that its Storm specific. You can easily tell by the modules the non Storm version will habe a module called DocsToGoCommon.cod and this version will have that module called DocsToGoCommon47.cod also the Storm version has less modules than the non Storm version so this is an easy way to tell its not the same version as the non Storm version. Go to their website and you will see under the how to install section they they have a OS 4.7 specific version for download for those that do not want to use an OTA install. that should confirm to you that there is a Storm specific version.

Did you check in your download folder. By default when you install something on your storm it goes in this folder unless you changed this option. Check in your download folder

ya checked there and everywhere else on my device, but its showing in my options/advanced/applications

Not sure what else to try. Did you un install and re install. Never had this issue before. But try this if you have not. If this does not work then un install then copy the folder you downloaded to your blackberry then find the folder and click on the .jad file and install it this way.
