problem:
Can someone help me figure out why my Application loader won't detect any applications. I've downloaded some ringtones (alx files) and the gmail app from Handango. When I unzip the file in my BlackBerry folder/directory, the application loader does not detect any applications to install via Desktop Manager. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

Discussion:
I assume you have your BB connected when you run the App Loader.

Are you going through the App Loader Wizard? and selecting the add button?

Navigateing to the folder that holds .alx files in question?

Selecting files and then following the wizard instructions?

If so you should be able to load the .alx files.
