BlackBerry Desktop Manager Uploading problems

Every time I want to upload a new theme or application which I've downloaded from this website, the program gives me the messages that there is something wrong with the Digital Signature from that theme or app.
What can I do about it because I really want some new themes!!

Could this be something to do with BES policies?
