Verizon Blackberry

Why does Verizon limit are blackberries, they try to make us use there features. Like the VZW GPS,
I feel like I might enjoy my blackberry better with a different service provider. So my question is whats the best?

Dont understand why all the GPS are locked on all phones except for Storm.. I also have the 8830 curve and no luck for GPS except for their own..

Yea I have the 8330 and I cannot stand how they purposely blocked a standard feature to attempt to get more money per month for something you should already have.
