I don't understand either. I looked at the thread supposedly meant to clarify the process, but I couldn't make sense of it. Seemed like a bad translation from some other language. Where is this site based? I would love to use it, I registered, but I get that message any time and have no idea what to make of the rate/promote/credit thing.
Can someone explain this in clear English? This site has tons of cool stuff but as of now I can't access anything.Author:
