As long as you have a service provider.....you will most likely have their name on your homescreen. I think that's just the way it is. If you want to talk about unlocking your phone from the carrier, that is a totally different thing. That allows you to use the phone with a different service provider.

Some earlier versions can be debranded using MFI Multiloader with the correct VSM file.
But not 9500, 9530, 9520, 9550, 9700
