About the Blackberry... Its a phone, inbox, organizer and browser capabilities put BlackBerry in a league of its own. Here's the top five reasons why you should choose BlackBerry device:
1. Integration
It's called the all-in-one solution for a reason. All BlackBerry device functions - phone, email, SMS, organizer and browser - are integrated, so you can forget having to memorize numbers or write down addresses. When you click on a URL, phone number or address within an email, your BlackBerry device will launch the web page, dial the number or begin an email to your contact.
2. Ease of use
The BlackBerry device's sleek, lightweight design allows you to carry it anywhere. Its exceptional battery life lets you do business longer. And its QWERTY keyboard design and trackwheel are familiar and intuitive, so you can send an email or SMS quickly. Straightforward and easy-to-use, BlackBerry makes staying on top of your world simple. 3. "PUSH" Technology
BlackBerry "push" technology ensures your email is automatically delivered to your BlackBerry device. When your inbox receives an email, the message is pushed directly to your device. No effort required - your messages are simply received. 4. Resilience
Finally a wireless device that can hold its own. BlackBerry devices are designed to last. 5. More Life
Battery life, that is. With up to 5 hours talk time and 12 days standby time, BlackBerry devices last as long as you do.
Hope that helps.
When buying your BlackBerry, decide beforeyou buy what you’re most likely going to use the device most for.
- If you plan to use it more for the email and data capabilities, definitely go with a “standard” BlackBerry (one with a full QWERTY keyboard like the 7290 or 8700) which has a broader shape to support your typing.
- If you’ll be using it for voice calls most and emails, SMS and PIN messaging secondary you may want to get the 71xx series BlackBerry (7100 and 7130 etc) made specifically for heavy voice use.
- Remember the 8700 is a merging of the standard blackberry and 7100 series. Therefore, its your best choice without compromise for both email and phone functionality.
- Also note that if you prefer the neatness of the 7100 series Blackberries and plan to use your device mostly for email and data the 'Suretype' Blackberries are hands down the easiest and most efficient non-qwerty devices on the market!
Feel free to add your thoughts and guidelines to choosing a blackberry.
