Was just wondering who decides what is a legitimate "Promote"? And how does this person decide?
My concern is that anyone can just use their link to sign up for themselves.

If the link through their own registered users, this is a stupid approach, this will soon be adopted by the same ip address information found in the same users, the most direct consequences will be used by users and ip will be a permanent ban on access Forum .Author:

I'm just wondering too how this'll work if for instance our ISP provides us dynamic IP only so there are chances of same IP or about a home Lan where family members are discreet and choose not to share accounts on download sites or forums like this, that is if they have the same interest though.
anyway If it's as if only a single person to promote himself, just how long and how diligent he would be to earn up promotes
