Problem: I loaded my software on the computer today and when i connected my BBpearl everything went smoothly but now When i try to access my pictures, ringtones, or videos It only says unable to display file/"path name". Path name on here just means the name of the file and ringtone etc. can anyone tell me what the issue is and how to fix it?
Solutions:
Go to Options/Advanced Options/Media Card and make sure Media Card Support is ON, Mass Storage Mode is ON and I like to have Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected to Prompt.
