We try to avoid any inconvenience during this improvement and are much appreciated your consistent support, and make the forum to be the best blackberry forum. Hi bb818
My sugestion is to create a sub forum or permanent thread for games and applications request. Something like the "what are beans" thread it is always on each page of the games and applications forum. This way we don't have members creating a post to request games and applications and then not deleting it. I think this will clean up some space in the games and applications forum as right now there are so many request and unrelated post in those sections.

Hello. My suggestion would be to create one main FAQ for the site. The ~10 stickies at the top of each forum is creating a lot of useless clutter. Also this would prevent numerous repetitive posts. No more bean/reading access/etc posts.
Makes a lot more sense to do that.

I think that the software should provide screenshots as well.

Furthermore, I think we should have a review thread for the games and the software so that we dont waste our "beans" on a fruitless download. This way, we wont waste each others times... I downloaded the game Taxi from another website and it wouldnt open up on my Bold... It was a major waste of time.

I agree with everyone else... The stickies are very confusing.

Before anyone can register, I would suggest that you direct them to a separate website... info.bbsgame.mobi or something...

This would contain info on:
1) Beans
2) Credits
3) Rankings
4) List of games and how many credits each are worth
5) How to upload
6) Forum decorum and expected user behavior, etc
7) An overview about what can be found on these forums (not just games, but help with software, and other BB related items up for grabs).
8) An overview on how forums work
9) Installation guides etc

Lastly, a password should be hidden in the texts of info.bbsgame.mobi... It should be in red text, but hopeful members should be directed to the info-site to retrieve this password. This way it will assure that they read some of the info provided and do not repeatedly ask the same questions in the forums.... This will allow for the forums to contain more experienced users as opposed to confused newbies...

(Incidentally, this is coming from a confused newbie as well)

I would suggest a non-Blackberry social forum where members can get to know each other.
It would help build a friendly and welcoming community.

My only suggestion would be to get rid of the VIP area. I do not see what purpose it serves?

It seems that there are not many files downloaded from that area, so all it is really achieving is pissing people off!

Apart from that, great site!

Hello everyone can I suggest an introduce yourself section were users can post and say who they are and where they are from etc...

I have looked but can't see any sorry if there is and I have missed it.

Also would like to see a mobile freindly theme as I did find this site using my bb and using it to access the site.
