ok i have the t mobile 8320 and trying update the solfware and i know to delete the vendor.xml file but i cant to seem to find it anywhere on my laptop with vista so any one can help me plzz thanks i installed it and all but cant find itAuthor:

Right Click on your Windows Explorer icon and select Run As Administrator. I can't say for certain where it is (it's under C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader in XP), but you probably can't find it because you don't have access to the directory it's in.
So what version firmware did the (just released) device come from, and what firmware are you upgrading to? As far as I know, there's only one vendor (t-Mobile) and only one version (4.2.2.171) available!
