for some reason it all installs through but there are no icons on the front page of my bb...
so i cant even start up word2go!

what model are you using? if it is a model with a download folder check in there, or just use the ota link for v2.00 that I provided. if you do not have a data plan then just use OTA Loader with the OTA links then transfer the dowloaded folder with the .jad and .cod files to your device and install that way
