Frogz - What version of Doc-to-go do you see when you go to Options-> Advanced Options-> Applications? Mine is showing 1.006.052. However, when I open either Sheets/Word/Slideshow and click on "About..." it shows 1.007.036 instead. It's kind of weird

Did you delete the old version first? Delete the new one then go to your programs and files on your pc find the research and motion folder and there will be a java folder go inside and delete any docs to go .cod files. Then go to programs and files/ common files / research and motion and find the same java folder and delete any .cod files from docs to go. Now re install the docs to go. Which way did you install docs to go the ota or desktop install? If it was the desktop install before you do any of this double click on the .alx file and make sure I did not put the wrong version number. It should be the 4th or 5th line of text in the .alx file.

Its not the serial. Even if you un install it will store the serial. Just make sure both of them are un inatalled and then reset your device and then re install. You really should delete all the .cod files related to this app in the folders I told you.

Frogz - I uninstalled the premium version from my phone and used your OTA version to install again. Everything works out just perfect. Now it shows 1.007.036 in both locations. Thanks a million for your big help. =)

Just curious about where is the serial being stored. Any idea?

@ kayman I am not totaly sure where it stores the serial I never looked into it. But my guess would be some sort of cache or maybe in the java folders on your computer there may be a .cod file that stores it. If you find out please share.

What do you mean its not working? I need more details, such as I installed it but I don't see the icons to start the program etc. try the ota install instead you should not have any issues installing that version.
