BerryDialer for most (OS 4.1 or higher)
BerryDialer lets you enter calling card details so when you want to make long distance calls you can simply hit the menu key in the phone or address book app and choose to call the number with BerryDialer - it then dials all the calling card info and then the number, saving you from entering the PIN's, etc. I like it since it lets me keep the card in my wallet and not have to fish it out every time I make a long distance call.
The version I have is not the latest version - despite saying you get free lifetime upgrades I haven't been able to get the latest version. The version posted (1.61) actually says you need OS 4.1 or higher, the description from below for the latest version says OS 4.2 or higher. So I can't say which all it'll work on for sure - 81xx, 88xx, and 83xx should be fine (works on my 8100), 87xx and 71xx may work with the version posted (I don't know the OS versions on those though they just came out with 4.5 for 8700 so I'd imagine it's running at least 4.1), and it should work on newer ones too - please report back what all it works on.
