I'm using BB Bold9000 after installation using the document2go but not use PDF2go. Why so?

I did not add the pdf to go module to the docs to go .alx file. I created a separate .alx and .cod for pdf to go you will see two folders when you extract one will be the pdf to go. You need to load the .alx file from this folder as well to install the pdf to go

There is no error with the serial number I confirmed it working today. Do not mix up the letter O with the number 0 in the serial number. As you can see above thw letter and number are different the letter is circular and the number is oval shape look for this when reading the serial in the .txt file.
