i want to ask when setup finish, i want to active, but divice suggest "register", and result, host sent "register number" to me, and impossilble active follow "register number & active number" included software here. please help me, thanks, newcomer

You have to choose activate premium features option not register option.

Wow, this must work for everyone but me. I can't get the delete button is the Desktop Application Manager to un-grey so I can use it to permanently delete the old standard docs to go.

Well, since I haven't been able to fully delete the original standard Docs To Go, I guess this isn't important, but what is the password do unzip the new Doc To Go? Sorry for being such an idiot but I hope to learn!

Since the version that came with your phone in bundled software you can only un install it once un installed it will show as not installed in the application loader but if you highlight it to delete the delete button will be grayed out. Just uninsall it don't try to delete it. So confirm its un installed if its not then use you applicatio. Loader put a check mark next to the docs to go that came with your phone and click next to un install. Remember even when you un install it will still show up but without a check mark next to it. Now install this version. Also the .rar file does not need a password to extract.

Thank You! Uninstalled original standard version and successfully installed version 1.005. The version1.007 I downloaded is a ZIP file. I will go back and see if I can find the 1.007 RAR file. Either way, I am happy with 1.005 Premium.

Where are you finding this .zip file? Is it one of my uploads? I do not use passwords on my .zip or .rar files. Also you can extract .zip and .rar files with both win zip and win rar. Unless that .zip or .rar file has a password.

I loaded version 1.006 successfully only to realize there is a version 1.007.

BB8320
